Naming Ceremony and Delivery for 2 X 159,000 DWT Crude Oil Tankers
On 27 November, 2024, we held naming ceremony for two units of 159,000 DWT Crude Oil Tankers bearing builder's hull nos. 0316318 and 0316319. Our CEO Mr. Liu Haijin, Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Yuyong, Deputy General Manager & Executive Director Mr. Yuan Heng, Principal of TMS Tankers Ms. Alexandra Economou, TMS Tankers NB Manager Mr. Vaggelis Pelekanos, Assistant Chief of Surveyor of ABS Mr. Christos Nomikos and other VIP guests attended this ceremony.
Godmother Ms. Alexandra Economou named the vessel 0316318 for "IPANEMA".
Godmother Ms. Sofia Manola named the vessel 0316319 for "TOSKA".
The closing ceremony was held at the meeting room on 8th floor of New Times Office Building. Our Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Yuyong and owner's representative were present. The vessels were smoothly and successfully delivered by us and accepted by the Owner.
